How Do I Become a Member?

The Alternative Board® (TAB) is a private membership organization that qualifies business decision-makers and invites them to join a TAB Board. We work diligently to place each new member where they can benefit most from other board members and can likewise provide valuable feedback to fellow members. We do this by placing members with others experiencing similar issues, by selecting members with differing backgrounds/skills, and by eliminating any potential conflicts between members such as competitors, suppliers, or customers. Our membership process is very simple:

  • 1) We tell you about TAB and how the TAB process works.
  • 2) You tell us about your business and its challenges.
  • 3) We both execute a one-page Membership Application.
      • There are no long-term contracts with TAB; ours is a month-to-month commitment that may be terminated at any time if you do not see continuing value from TAB.
  • 4) We exchange biographical information with the other TAB board members.
  • 5) You are invited to join one of our TAB Boards®.
